Happiness Hunting

I canʼt say this enough in the world we are living today. You
will find I am repeating myself but this past weekend was a
perfect weekend the simplest things that can make a
difference in someoneʼs life. We are active participants in
shaping the future – we make it happen. This requires vision,
but also an understanding of key society drivers and how
they affect people.

Value sets are shifting as people look beyond money to
personal fulfillment - seeking out meaningful and happy
experiences. Successful companies act as facilitators in
helping people to find happiness. Further personal
empowerment is crucial in this process and businesses that
educate and inspire will attract tomorrowʼs consumers.
People demand openness and honesty, with ethics and
caring values. Small and large businesses are slowly
adopting this transparent approach in order to earn and
Retain trust – and small businesses have a natural
advantage over large corporations.

Happiness Hunting is becoming a serious business. Not
only individuals, but also companies and governments, look
beyond the balance sheet to ways of making society happier.
The science of ‘happyenomics’ is developing – and now
brands are examining what they can do to facilitate
happiness and contentment.
