Dear Swann's Marina Friends,

Dandridge, Tenn., has been named the Top Small Town on the Water by readers and fans of Life on the Water Magazine in 2013. Dandridge named one of Distinctive Destinations by the National Trust for the Historic Preservation in 2011 and one of "16 Friendliest Towns" by Blue Ridge Country Magazine. Dandridge was selected for its picturesque setting around Douglas Lake and in the midst the Great Smoky Mountains, and a charming historic downtown.  

We enjoy the perfect mix of seasons; it gives a longer life to the marina lifestyle. From lush greenery in the spring to breathtaking fall foliage with the background of the beautiful blue waters and the peak of the Smokey Mountains it is breath taking year round.
